Abstract

Agile leadership enhances an organization's capacity to swiftly and efficiently adapt to changes in both internal and external work environments, leading to strategic transformations and ultimately fostering strategic entrepreneurship. Therefore, the research aimed to explain the impact of agile leadership on enhancing strategic entrepreneurship in hotels. The study relied on a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample, which represented employees of senior management and middle management in five-star hotels in Sharm El-Shiekh. The SPSS V. 25 program was used to analyze 414 valid questionnaire forms. The findings revealed a high degree of availability of agile leadership dimensions and strategic entrepreneurship dimensions. Moreover, there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of agile leadership and the dimensions of strategic entrepreneurship. Additionally, there is a statistically significant positive impact of agile leadership dimensions on enhancing strategic entrepreneurship. The research suggests that hotels in Egypt should adopt agile leadership practices to enhance employee entrepreneurial thinking, anticipate problems, and offer innovative solutions, thereby enhancing their ability to face current and future challenges.
