The effect of empowerment and functional flexibility in raising the efficiency of employee performance by application to airline companies in Egypt

Abstract

The research aims at highlighting the importance of applying empowerment and functional flexibility in airline companies in Egypt and their impact in raising the efficiency of employees' performance, and the study was adopted to the survey, where a number of aeronautical staff was designed in Egypt, Obtaining 342 response, 43 of them were excluded due to their containing extreme values exceeded 10% of the total elements offered for each questionnaire and data analyzed and testing of hypotheses using the statistical package of social and human science (SPSS V.28). As such, the sample of the reconnaissance study was 329 response, and demographic information was provided to these participants in this study. The results of the research have reached a lack of enabling and functional flexibility in Egypt, and there is a positive impact of the application of empowerment and flexibility Career in staff performance. In the light of these, a number of recommendations were developed, most importantly, the need to fulfill and adopt functional empowerment and flexibility in airline companies in Egypt, the need to provide training and development programs for staff skills, and authorize the authority and powers to the person who can make freely and independence decisions Management
