The Impact of Organizational Culture in Stimulating Creative Orientation Among Employees of Egyptian Tourism Companies

Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of organizational culture in stimulating creative orientation in Egyptian tourism companies. The study sample consisted of (306) managers working in tourism companies in Cairo Governorate. The research  used the descriptive analytical approach, and also used a questionnaire to identify the opinions of the study sample. The study, also used the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, and the results of the study were that there is a statistically significant positive relationship at the level (0.01) between the dimensions of organizational culture (beliefs, communications, rituals and celebrations) and the dimensions of creative orientation (delegation of authority, empowerment, creative culture) among Employees of Egyptian tourism companies in Cairo Governorate, There was a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.01) for the dimensions of organizational culture (beliefs, communications, rituals and celebrations) on the dimensions of creative orientation (delegation of authority, empowerment, creative culture) in Egyptian tourism companies. The study recommended the necessity of  Top management encouraging and supporting for any new creative ideas. Provided by employees of all job level.
