Abstract

Syrian food outlets have proven their presence in the Egyptian market , after that The demand for these outlets is no longer limited to Syrians only, but rather extended to include a large segment of Egyptian customers, which led to the necessity of subjecting this phenomenon to study and analysis. This study aims to know the impact of the quality of the Syrian food outlets in Alexandria on both the satisfaction and loyalty of Egyptian customers, in addition to identifying the effect of customer satisfaction as an intermediate variable in evaluating the quality of those outlets. A survey of 421 customers is done through personal interviews with clients during their waiting for orders. Relying on multiple regression analysis and path analysis, the study concluded that the quality of Syrian food outlets in Alexandria has a positive impact on both customer satisfaction and loyalty, as the three hypotheses under study were accepted.
