Effect of Talent Management Strategies on Improving the Organizational loyalty to Egyptian Hotel workers

Abstract

Contemporary organizations have a strong interest in talent management to ensure growth , continuity and achieve their goals, so they work to develop talents and behaviors of their workers, and provide the appropriate work environment to reach a high level of organizational loyalty. The study aimed to identify the degree of organizational loyalty of Egyptian hotel workers, the level of applying the talent management strategies towards them, and determine the nature of the relationship that links the application of these strategies and organizational loyalty of workers. The study found a direct, positive relationship between talent management and organizational loyalty. The study recommended that hotels management should continuously develop effective strategies to attract talents, and raise the level of organizational loyalty to their workers.
