Abstract

In light of the crises and threats of the Egyptian tourism industry, the sensitivity of the industry to various variables, including but not limited to the global economic crisis, the issue of climate change, terrorism and violence, the spread of epidemics and diseases (SARS, swine flu and birds) and the effects of the two revolutions of 25 January 2011, 30 June 2013 This has affected the management of tourism companies and the crises they face and thus lead to a defect affecting the functioning of the system, which requires immediate intervention to deal with them and take the appropriate decision to prevent their occurrence or reduce their negative effects. Carries out administrative operations such as planning, following up, directing and coordinating the efforts of its employees according to the available material and human resources in order to achieve the desired goals
