Effect of raising the efficiency of training in Egyptian hotels in increasing the value of the brand : Applied study on some of the five-star hotels operating in Cairo

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the impact and nature of the relationship between the extent to which the hotel management has adopted advanced methods of applied training for the related departments and the effect of this on increasing the levels of quality of service provided and raising the value of the brand by achieving higher percentages of customer loyalty. The study was based on the theoretical and practical aspects of measuring the validity of the hypotheses presented. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the clarity of the influential role of the process of raising the efficiency of training and adopting new training strategies in raising the efficiency, efficiency and quality of service provided. The study concluded that the adoption of human resources management in hotels to modern concepts and methods of training would raise the efficiency of workers and reduce the turnover rates of labor. The study presented a number of recommendations, including the importance of hotel management to implement advanced training strategies aimed at providing the employees with the experience and knowledge of the details of the hotel services provided.
