Abstract

      The process Of  rotation And Transfer Of  Labor From One Place To Another Is One Of The Most Serious Problems Facing Service Organizations In General And The Tourism Sector  In Particular, Because Of Resulting Consequences, Such As The Cost Of  Leaving Work, And Required Training As Well As Production  Losses  Due To Repeated Work Errors Of Lack of Training, And Low Level Of Performance. The Present Study Deals With These Point And Other In Tourism Companies Category A.
