The Efficiency of Managers During Crises Times in Hospitality Sector

Abstract

This research aimed at studying the manager's influence on the employees' management during crises times. Data were collected from a random sample of managers using a questionnaire through a personal interview, The data were statistically processed. The results showed a positive significant correlation between each of hotel degree, age, education, experience, training and crises management level.
