Abstract

 This study evaluates the impact of digital business re-engineering on the administrative performance of The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, in terms of facilitating work procedures, increasing performance rates, and quality, and measuring the readiness and satisfaction of human resources in that process. The study used the descriptive-analytical method and a questionnaire was prepared according to the five-point Likert scale as a tool for the field study, The data were analyzed and processed statistically results showed the importance of digital business re-engineering based on a comprehensive, integrated and continuous reform program. The Saudi Authority for Tourism and National Heritage succeeded in digital business re-engineering program, which resulted in facilitating work procedures, increasing performance rates, and quality. The study recommends to benefit from the experience of The Saudi Authority.
