A descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, utilizing interviews conducted with 59 employees working in the Roman city, selected from a total of 200 staff members occupying various roles and professions. The findings revealed that the majority of workers in the Roman city are male, with most falling within the 18–49 age group. Additionally, a substantial proportion of respondents reported having over five years of experience in the tourism industry.
