The research problem lies in the deficiency in using digital technologies and dealing with them in the offices of the Ministry of Tourism and the Regional Tourism Development Authority, especially in Port Said.where their processes are based on paper commonly, leading to Job stagnation and lack of excellence, affecting the administrative performance of the tourism sector employees. The study used the descriptive - analytical approach to determine the relationship between study variables . The Field study depended on distributing questionnaires, with a study sample of 76 individuals from employees in the Tourism Development Authority, the Ministry of Tourism office, and the Tourism Department in the General Diwan of Port Said Governorate to identify their opinions on study variables. The statistical program (SPSS, Ver.26) was used to analyze the field study data. The study results indicated a low level of digital culture and electronic awareness among employees in Port Said government tourism entities , leading to difficulty in digital thinking penetration and consequently in applying and using digital technologies. The study recommended the necessity of providing all requirements for digital transformation such as computers, comprehensive data systems, electronic kiosks in public places, and a secure digital infrastructure to improve government tourism services in the governorate.
