Abstract

Sustainability at airports has become one of the most important priorities that contribute to reducing environmental impacts and achieving social progress while maintaining high and stable levels of economic growth, and the sustainable environmental design of the airport affects the psychological responses of passengers, emotional responses and loyalty behaviors, and social and economic sustainability at the airport, especially in the passenger terminal, contributes to enhancing passenger loyalty, as it expresses the progress and development of countries within cultural diversity, as it is the first and last point where the arrivals and departures of the country meet. Therefore, it must be taken into account that the traveler does not feel nervous and confused to achieve his satisfaction and loyalty to the airport and the research aims to put forward the most comprehensive knowledge and provide the possibility of achieving environmental, social and economic sustainability initiatives at airports to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of passengers and to achieve the goal of the research was distributed 300 Survey forms to passengers at Borg El Arab Airport, and personal interviews were conducted with ٧ Environmental officials at the airport to identify the impact of sustainability initiatives on the airport and the extent of their impact passengers and the most important The results of the research that recommendations and proposals should be made, including enhancing the passenger experience And enrich it with contemporary treatments and initiatives to achieve passenger satisfaction to ensure that it is achieved in local experiences at higher levels
