The study aims to know climate change and its manifestation, the role of the environmental, social and economic dimension in evaluating the sustainability of tourism and the extent of its application in confronting climate change.

The study relied on a desk study through Arab and foreign references on climate change and tourism sustainability - and a field study through designing and distributing a survey form to workers in tourism projects to identify the extent of applying tourism sustainability to confront climate change.

The study concluded that there is an absence of environmental management in many tourism projects, which makes tourism play a role in increasing the severity of climate change if methods are not followed that achieve the foundations of sustainable development.

The study presented a set of recommendations: for the state and the private sector to stimulate the implementation of projects based on sustainable tourism and the adoption of environmentally friendly practices and activities..
