Differentiation strategy in hospitality management is refers to the process of creating a unique and distinctive image for hotels and hospitality industry. Particularly, green human resource management (GHRM) was could involve implementing environmentally sustainable practices throughout the organization, and It's important to note that this strategy should be integrated in the overall management of the hotel to ensure the success of the initiative to be able to competition and achieve the hotel's goals. Therefore, this study aims to verify the effect of applying (GHRM) practices, to achieve the differentiation strategy through green environmental practices for managers and employees . To determine the study population, the comprehensive inventory method was applied to five-stars hotels in Alexandria, which are 8 hotels .therefore , questionnaire was designed in the study population it was includes three axes, first: demographic factors for the workers under study, and second axes: (GHRM) practices (green job design, green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance evaluation and green rewards and motivation), and third axes: questions about differentiation strategy. and was the most important conclusions that the hotel adopts environmental practices in design of the functions well , and there are no significant differences in applying of (GHRM) with different demographic factor and the study also found a relationship between applying (GHRM) and achieving differentiation strategy for continuous development and improvement, which confirms the need to apply green environmental practices to increase competitiveness and achieve differentiation strategy among the hotels under study.
