The influence of organizational justice on achieving job happiness for employees in Egyptian hotels and travel agencies.

Abstract

The concept of job happiness is new in management science, but it has become important For all institutions, as it has become an important item on their agenda.Job happiness is an essential component of happiness on a personal level. There are factors that contribute to achieve job happiness in the field of work, one of them organizational justice. The existence of a positive work climate is based on the appreciation and respect of employees encouraging them contributes to enhancing their sense of job happiness

Furthermore, this study's aim is to determine how organizational justice impacts on job happiness for employees in tourism and hotel sector. So, the study relied on adopting a quantitative research with deductive approach and using mono method quantitative (field survey) over a structured questionnaire form filled by 597 employees from travel agents and hotels in Egypt. Statistical analyses were accomplished by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS version 23) software. The findings of this study achieved that shows that there is a statistically significant effect between the independent variables, which are the dimensions of organizational justice, and the dependent variable, which is the job happiness .Keywords: Organizational justice- procedural justice - distributive justice – interactive justice-Job happiness
