The Impact of Logistics Services on Customer Loyalty: Applied to some Egyptian Tourism Companies Category (A)

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of logistics services on customer loyalty applied to the Egyptian tourism companies category (A). Data were collected from 140 managers in some tourism companies category (A). SPSS V.26 was used to test the study hypothesis. The research results indicated a significant positive relationship between logistics services and customer loyalty. The study also reached that it is essential to highlight the role of logistics services and their activities due to their significant impact on customers' loyalty and improving the quality of tourism services provided by tourism companies.
