The Moderator Role of Organizational Agility in the Relationship Between Talent Management and Organizational Ambidexterity in Egyptian Tourism Companies

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the impact of talent management on both organizational agility and organizational Ambidexterity in the Egyptian tourism companies. It also aimed to explore whether organizational agility has a moderating role in the relationship between talent management and organizational Ambidexterity in these companies. The researchers designed a survey to collect study data and distribute it to a sample of managers and supervisors of tourism companies, category "A" in Cairo, where 612 surveys were distributed, while 474 valid surveys were analyzed using the SPSS. The results concluded that there is a significant and positive impact of talent management on the level of organizational agility as well as organizational Ambidexterity in tourism companies. The results also highlighted the positive impact of organizational agility on organizational Ambidexterity in these companies. In addition, organizational agility plays a moderator role in the relationship between talent management and organizational Ambidexterity in tourism companies.
