The Impact of Organizational Balance on Limiting Employee Withdrawal Behaviors Applied to Egyptian Tourism Companies

Abstract

Organizations that achieve organizational equilibrium are distinguished by their ability to survive and continue to work, due to their ability to retain employees, and push them to achieve organizational objectives in addition to their personal objectives. The study sought to verify the effect of organizational equilibrium in limiting the job withdrawal behaviors of employees in Egyptian travel agents category "A". Out of a total of 762 forms that were distributed electronically, it was based on analyzing 502 valid forms using the SPSS V.26 program. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant and negative impact of organizational equilibrium and all its dimensions on job withdrawal and its dimensions in Egyptian travel agents. The study concluded with a set of recommendations that enhance the level of organizational equilibrium in travel agents, and limit the job withdrawal behaviors of its employees.
