Abstract

COVID-19 has an unprecedented pandemic impact on the socio-economic level. This research varied to the impact of the application of precautionary measures for the Coronavirus on the turnout of customers to cafes.  To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive statistical method was used to describe the study data. Statistical tools were used to analyze the data and the 422 valid forms that were collected. Results show that has appeared in and see some of the neighboring areas in the surrounding area. The effect of the decision to ban hookah on the passion of customers and their acceptance of traditional cafes. Customer preferences in the post-Covid 19 eras. The search results help in understanding the historical cafés, the heritage tent in New Cairo, their workers, their perceptions, and their intentions. It will also contribute to developing the performance of historical and heritage cafes in Cairo to attract customers and deal with them differently.
