Abstract

This study aims to recognize the talent management and career creativity according to hotels, in addition to focusing on talent administration practice in the form of (attracting talent, selecting talents, developing talents, and caring for these talents) in supporting career creativity in five star hotels in Cairo. The descriptive analytical method has been used, as the study has been run on the staff who has been working in the hotels as a sample of the study which included 12 hotels, the number of questionnaires which was valid for analysis 338. The study has found a number of results some of the most prominent of which The study discovered a shortage to some extent in applying the human talents administration in hotels especially in attracting the talents, selecting them, and consequently developing them and caring for them, as they appeared neutral average as (2.79). The results referred to the degree of the career creativity for the hotel staff sample under study has been influenced by the shortage in applying the practice of the talents administration to appear in neutral average. The study has these recommendations: Supporting the talents culture and developing the concept of talents administration for the administration environment at the hotels through specifying a private unit for the human talents administration, and its location should be listed at the organizational structure and granting it facilities. Also supporting the staff at creativity through a suitable environment for work, and giving them financial and spiritual rewards for the active among them, and supporting the staff to delete obstacles of fear of spreading their innovative thoughts and opinions.
