This research aimed to study the opinions of managers and employees regarding training programs in the hospitality industry. Data were collected from a random sample of 530 managers and employees from four and five hotels in Alexandria city by using a questionnaire through personal interviews. The data were statistically processed. The results showed a positive significant correlation between age, education level, and effectiveness of training programs for employees. Also, the results found a positive significant correlation between hotel degree and quality of training programs for managers.
