Field training provides the development of practical and applied skills for trainees in proportion to the acquired knowledge of the theoretical aspect and realistic study. From this standpoint, the Higher Institutes of Tourism and Hotels, specifically the Training and Graduates Unit, are keen to provide places for field training through cooperation with hotel and tourism establishments or concluding cooperation protocols to implement the field training program. To them, it was found that there are some challenges and obstacles that stand in the way of implementing it effectively and with high efficiency, affecting the effectiveness of the training in the required manner through the lack of sufficient places to accommodate the number of students for field training. To reach the goal of the study, 1000 short links were sent to the questionnaire prepared specifically via Microsoft Form. For each male and female student in the study sample, 566 completed responses were obtained, with a response rate estimated at 56.6%. Using advanced techniques in SPSS v.28, the study concluded that there is great difficulty in finding the appropriate hotel facility for students to complete their field training in accordance with the requirements required by the management of these institutes. It also showed that the content of the courses taught by students may be relatively compatible with Field training plan in hotel establishments, whether for the first or second training for students of the third and fourth year,
