Women Accompanying Virgin Mary in Crucifixion Scenes: A Study in the New Testament Scenes
Radwa
Mostafa
Christ’s salvation was represented in Crucifixion scenes; though salvation is the core of the Christian dogma, it was rarely represented. The main incident was mentioned in the New Testament in the four gospels with almost the same narration. The Christ is nailed to the cross surrounded by Virgin Mary and a few women accompanying her Mathew 27:55-56, Mark 15:40, Luke 23:49, John 19:25. Earlier researches had studied the crucifixion as a rare scene, but this paper will focus on the female figures who accompanied the virgin during this event and their artistic depictions on icons[1] from the 8th to the 14th centuries.
[1]Icons play an important role in the celebrations during festival days and pilgrimages; like the feasts of the Holy Cross, Palm Sunday, Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost; on Good Friday the priest envelops the icon of the Crucifixion in a white veil of linen and places it on the altar (Gawdat, 2009).

How Organizational Politics Affect the Supervisor's Perception of Human Resources Management Practices in Hotels?
Hazem
Khairy
Human resources are an absolutely necessary input for organizational effectiveness, particularly in the hotel industry. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between perception of organizational politics (POP) and human resource management practices (HRMPs) among hotel supervisors. The empirical analysis was based on data collected from 15 five star hotels allocated in Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt. A total of 144 responses were analyzed. The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between supervisors' POP and their perception of HRMPs. Supervisors’ perception of organizational politics has a considerable effect on their perception of human resource management practices. This study could help hotel properties to develop strategies that maintain a climate of trust within the organization in order to improve the organizational environment and the quality of work life by making sure that organizational resources are allocated in an equitable or strategically justifiable manner and by making sure that communication channels are streamlined, focusing on employee participation, linking compensation with performance; ensuring just decision-making procedures are in place.

Gamal
Khalifa

This research implements structural equations modelling via SMART-PLS3 to analyse the 504 valid questionnaires to assess the theoretical framework and identify the factors that influence employee innovative behaviour. This paper focuses on five-star hotels in Egypt which use an innovative approach to evaluate the influence of Perceived supervisor support (PSS) through supervisor trust (ST) and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on employee innovative behaviour (EIB). The investigation depicts the relations among the different variables of the study and has enhanced our understanding of EIB. Results indicated the PSS predicted LMX significantly, which in turn influenced the ST. PSS has also been found to have an indirect impact on the EIB through LMX and ST. The variation clarified by the proposed research model in the EIB is 32.3%.
