It represents an effective business management strategy that seeks to improve the quality of organizations' management, and thus increase the competitiveness and value that these organizations/companies provide to customers, so the study aims to clarify the concept of quality, identify the principles of total quality management to reach a proposed vision for activating the application of quality management comprehensive in the Egyptian tourism companies. The study used the descriptive approach by reviewing the theoretical side of the various basic concepts related to the subject of the study; It relied on a number of Arab and foreign books, references, studies, and research related to the subject of the study to build a theoretical framework on the concept and principles of total quality management and to develop a proposed vision for its application in Egyptian tourism companies.
