The study also aimed to evaluate the mediating role of technological innovation in the relationship between sustainable leadership, process re-engineering, creative performance and organizational excellence, as well as between the entrepreneurial orientation, process re-engineering, creative performance and organizational excellence. To achieve the aim of the study; A survey form was designed and distributed to a random sample of employees of EgyptAir, where 320 questionnaires were distributed, while 243 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study found that sustainable leadership and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive impact on technological innovation, process re-engineering, creative performance, and organizational excellence. The study also found that technological innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable leadership and both process re-engineering, creative performance, and organizational excellence.
