Abstract

The selection of workers is one of the most important elements of the formation of tourism companies, and polarization is an essential process for selecting workers who have activity, enthusiasm and the ability to persuade and communicate positively with others. The key to achieving company goals. The study aims to identify the most important criteria in selecting and appointing workers in tourism companies. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and also used a list of questionnaires to identify the opinions of the study sample from the managers of tourism companies, the results of the study concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship about the dimensions of the criteria for selecting employees and the efficiency of e-marketing in tourism companies, that is, the better the criteria for selecting workers in tourism companies, the greater the efficiency of e-marketing. The necessity of providing training courses in all tourism companies for their employees on how to use e-marketing.
